Fabric Tuesday!!! Link your projects!

Another week, and nothing to show from me or Megan. I feel awful, not just not participating, but I am really wanting to sew!!! Summer vacation/ summer camps/ swimming, just busy time. And Meg is unpacking her new house! Fun times for her! Anyhow, each week I get so happy seeing all of yours. That will have to do for now :)



Life in the Dog house made this awesome 2 sided baby quilt. Love it!

Fabric Tuesday

Fabric Tuesday! Sorry for our inconsistencies this summer with our posts. We are busy ladies! Its late, here are a few from a couple weeks ago.


This is amazing! A Queens Necklace quilt from Sew Preeti Quilts. So eye catching!


Nautical quilt pattern from Busy Hands Quilts. This looks like a fun one!

Palisades Quilt pattern AGF stitched

Today  we have a couple more quilt tops from me (heather) and Megan, with Art Gallery fabrics and Fat Quarter Shop.  We made the Palisades Quilt, here is a kit from Fat Quarter Shop. 

I created mine with a mix of Art Gallery fabric designers, several different lines. I had my oldest daughter in mind. This will look so pretty on her bed!

This is a simple to follow pattern, and I was proud of how my points matches, working on so much bias. It is a different colorway for me, but I love it!

My daughter is a purple girl, and she was loving all these prints around the house as I put together this top. I am thinking of straight line quilting for this quilt...we shall see. 

Megan chose Art Gallery Gleeful fabrics from Sew Caroline

Fun color choice for Meg. So bright and bold. I love the polka dots, and the yellow!

Such a great pattern, and a large quilt that will be a great snuggle quilt, or across a large bed. 

We both had a lot of fun on these quilts!

Little Ruby Quilt along finish!

Little Ruby Quilt along finished quilt! Megan and I both finished our quilts! They look pretty similar, which is fun, because we normally end up with different choices. First is mine, Heather's, I used the aqua scallop for my background. This was a real fun quilt to put together!

The row construction was a bit tricky, but got easy after a couple rows. It was fun to see the design come together. 

Sorry for the poor lighting. I will have to take another photo of the finished quilt, the quilting is really pretty :)

Next up, Megans quilt. She went with a darker aqua for her center. I like the brightness!

Megan is in the middle of a cross country move, so it was lucky she got this done! Love it!

A little close up. I hope some of you participated in this quilt along. It makes 2 really pretty quilts. I have been working on the second one, with a dark denim. I hope to share soon!
