Hi friends!!
Megan here. Welcome (if you're new!). My sister and I blog here, we write quilt patterns and you can see more of our daily creations on Instagram, @QuiltStory and @QuiltStoryMeg
So, the fabulous Elea Lutz asked me if I would work with her new fabric, Strawberry Biscuit, to which I said YES!!
I also recently received a book from my friend Kerri Horsley called Lovely Little Patchwork.
It seemed completely natural to pair the two, they are perfect for each other!
I had to make the Strawberry Drawstring bag for my girl. I mean, seriously.
She's three, so of course she has many things she needs to carry around with her. She knew quickly what to put in her bag, a couple of her horses.
We found a bug on our travels in the fence...this girl loves any living thing. Later in the day we found and snuggled a frog.
This fabric is just TOO SWEET! Right?? The colors are perfect and I really love the prints, especially the main red print I used and some of the pretty florals I'm still hoarding!
We're moving soon and one of the things I'll miss the most about Northern VA/DC area...the trees. These gorgeous tall tall trees are literally our backyard.
Thanks for taking the time to come by and read my rambles. Check out Elea Lutz and @EleaLutz on Instagram for more of her pretty fabrics!
Also to see more of the blog hop visit Sarah Edgar today, and tomorrow see Minki Kim and Heidi Staples!
