Merry Christmas handmade sister gift exchange..

Hello again!!!

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas! We did! It was a crazier than normal year, but that is just how I roll.

I didn't get as much hand made gifts in as I like to, but the kids didn't care notice.

As per our sisters tradition, Megan, Amy and I haven't exchanged our gifts yet. We started this "handmade" tradition, and since we all thrive at procrastination, we rarely get it done before Christmas. I will show Amy's gift, because it is done, and because she doesn't ever read our blog is so busy to spend time online ( I will find out now if she does.)

Sweet Sophie, my little model was on perfect behavior!

This is a cute little bunting panel from Riley Blake and (I believe) Sheri Berry. Just a sweet panel that included these letters and it came with an advent calendar as well.  It was a simple project. I just did fusible interfacing to some burlap looking fabric. Then cut 2" x 7" strips sewed them to 2 circles, then knotted them in between. Really cute, rather quick, super fun. In fact, I went the day after Christmas to a LQS and bought another panel for me! (50% off!)

So cheerful in this photo! Love her!

And Meg's project may or may not be finished, and I may or may not be using these fabrics...

We are looking forward to a fun fulfilling 2013! Thank all of you for following us and being our friends throughout the world!

We will show you the rest of the exchange if when it actually happens...

I love this bunting idea. I bought some Christmas panels that I haven't decided what to do with yet, so this may be the perfect answer.
