April's Block of the Month
Theme: Half Square Triangles
If you don't know about our Block of the Month series you are not too late! We're only two months in. See HERE to get caught up. This is a really easy, laid back approach to Block of the Month series and it's fun! :)
We are using the book 501 Rotary-Cut Blocks for a lot of our blocks in this series. But you don't have to, just create whatever kind of block you'd like that fits the theme for the month. The first Monday of each month we share our blocks and have a linky party for you to share too. You can also add them to our flickr group.
The linky party will be open for a YEAR! So you can link-up whenever you finish.
Can't wait to see what you all came up with! Here are our finishes:
Megan's Block
12" x 12"
"Swamp Angel" Page 247
Fabric: Backyard Baby from Michael Miller
Heather's Block

The block theme for May is HOURGLASS
Heather will be making the block Combination Star page 70.

Time to link up your blocks! Go HERE to link them up!

Great blocks! These and the ones to come!
Looking forward to making mine :)
First time I've posted a block. The block I posted should be called double star not Air Castle and was for March. I don't know how to correct it. Tech savvy??? I'll learn, just bear with me.
