We just moved less than 2 weeks ago. So all my fabric is in boxes! The good news is that I now have a sewing room! So I guess setting it up is what's on my summer "sewing" list. If I get past that, then the first thing I need to do is to make a looong overdue baby quilt for a friend. I'll use the Posy line and do the 16-patch quilt that's in "Growing Up Modern" by Allison Harris. Fun!

Been having a wild time. I don't know if I can stand the pace all summer. Since school got on on the 22nd of May 2 grand daughters have finished a project each and my sister came to visit and in 3 days we made 4 lap quilts for her grandchildren and a special friend. We have a 5th one pieced but she left it with me to quilt and bind. It's not due til August. Today 2 more grandchildren asked when they could sew. So Monday we start again. Thanks.

Unknown said...

There are more patterns I'm going to test but right now I need to catch up with my two BOM that I'm doing, I've got May and June to do for both. I then have an neverending list of WIP's that are waiting for batting, backings and quilting. Some day I hope to catch up.
